Conclusion of the contract: The reservation becomes effective once the tenant has sent a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount of the room.
Cancellation by the tenant : Any cancellation must be notified by mail, post and/or telephone. The owner kept the deposit if the cancellation occurs less than 15 days before the scheduled date of arrival.
If the tenant does not appear before 7 pm, unless he warns of his delay, the owner can dispose of his room. The deposit also remains acquired by the owner.
Cancellation by the owner: The owner agrees to reimburse the tenant for the amount of the deposit received if cancellation on his part.

From Lyon, direction Saint-Etienne, le Puy en Velay, then as for Paris.
From the South, motorway A7, Valence, exit Montélimar, direction Aubenas, le Puy en Velay, Lalevade, Montpezat sous Bauzon, the Roux tunnel, St Cirgues en Montagne, direction Lac d’Issarlès on the D116. Paradoxe Perdu is 6km away on your left.
From Geneva, direction Lyon, then as from Lyon.
